Facility Rental

Located just outside the town of Comfort, we offer affordable overnight weekend facility rentals from October through mid-May. We accommodate groups of 15 to 48 people. Our facility works best for groups no larger than 24 guests.

Choose from dorm or cabin style lodging, along with several motel room options.

Our Property

Our property stretches across 200 acres of rolling hills marked with oak and pecan trees, the Guadalupe River, and abundant wildlife.

Housing Options

Dormitory style (Ark):
$25.00 per night, per person

Two twin size bunk beds per room, community restrooms, sleeps a maximum of 48 guests. Bedding not provided

Cabins:
$15 per night, per person

8-10 person cabins with bunk beds, sleeps a maximum of 102 people

Motel Units:
$90 per night, for 1-2 people

Children 0-3 are free; 3-6 year olds are half price

Deposit
A $300 non-refundable registration fee and registration form is required to hold your reservation. $150 of this goes towards housing/food, $150 is a facility use fee.
Retreat balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.
