Important Dates
2026 Fall Term September 9 – December 15 (13 weeks)
- Arrival Day: September 2, 2026, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Opening Dinner is at 6:30 PM. Please contact the office to reserve additional spots for the meal if you will have guests accompany you. Space for guests is limited.
- Fall Service Project: At the end of September all students/staff take a trip to East Texas to serve for a week together.
- Thanksgiving Conference: Tuesday, November 24th – Friday, November 27th. All students are required to remain at His Hill for this conference week. Families are welcome to join!
- End of Term: Our closing program & dinner will take place on Thursday, December 10, 2026. Guests may arrive on Wednesday afternoon. All students will depart on Friday, December 11, 2026 (flights must depart after 8:00 AM for the His Hill shuttle).
2027 Winter/Spring Term January 6 – May 13 (17 weeks)
- Arrival Day: Wednesday, January 6, 2026, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Opening Dinner is at 6:30 PM.
- Spring Break: March 11th to March 21st. Students are required to leave campus. They may depart after class at 9:00 PM on the 10th and must leave campus by 12:00 PM on the 11th if they are driving, 2:00 PM if they are flying. Students must return by 10:30 PM on the 22nd. Optional mission trips will be available at an additional cost.
- End-of-year closing program and banquet dinner: Thursday, May 13th, at 6:00 PM. Two guests per student may attend dinner. Reserve early!
- Departure: Friday, May 14th (flights must depart after 8:00 AM for the His Hill shuttle)
