Cost includes tuition, books, room & board, and our fall service project.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot and will be deducted from the total due.

Important Dates

2025 Winter/Spring Term  January 8 – May 23 (19 weeks)

  • Spring Break: March 13th to March 23rd. Students are required to leave campus. Students may depart after class at 9:00 PM on the 12th and must leave campus by 12:00 PM on the 13th if they are driving, 2:00 PM if they are flying. Students must return by 10:30 PM on the 23rd. Optional mission trips will be available at an additional cost.
  • Graduation & closing banquet dinner: Thursday, May 22nd at 6:00 PM. Two guests per student may attend dinner. Reserve early!
  • Departure: Friday, May 23rd (flights must depart after 8:00 AM for the His Hill shuttle)

 

2025 Fall Term  September 3 – December 11 (15 weeks)

  • Arrival Day: September 3, 2025 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Opening Dinner is at 6:30 PM. Please contact office to reserve a spot for the meal, if you are wanting to accompany your student.
  • Fall Service Project: At the end of September all students/staff take a trip to East Texas to serve for a week together.
  • Thanksgiving Conference: Tuesday, November 25th – Friday, November 28th. All students are required to remain at His Hill for this conference week. Families are welcome to join!
  • End of Term: Graduation will take place on Thursday, December 11, 2025. All students will depart on Friday, December 12, 2025 (flights must depart after 8:00 AM for the His Hill shuttle).

2026 Winter/Spring Term  January 7 – May 13 (17 weeks)

  • Arrival Day: Wednesday, January 7, 2026, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Opening Dinner is at 6:30 PM.
